I was doing a market analysis for a client on Sunday and I saw an open house sign for this pretty house in the Plateau. The house was in such great condition on the outside that I decided to go in.
As soon as I stepped inside, I was surprised to see how immaculate this house looked. The house looked so nicely decorated that I asked if the house had been staged for showing. The agent said no.
